Use Of Natural Light-Assignment 1

Silhouettes

A silhouette is an image of a person, object, or scene which is just the outline and a featureless interior. Photographers achieve this technique by photographing the subject with the light coming from behind the subject. This can be done with natural light such as sun-rise or sun-set or in the studio. Silhouettes occur when there is a lighting ratio of 16:1
